IchiSieben is the working name of Yoichi Palacios Tanaka. I build data pipelines, scrapers and web tools — the kind of software that reads a source, cleans it, and turns it into something a person can act on.

Every project here ships with the decisions behind it written down: why this database and not another, what the data actually shows, what I would change next. That's not a courtesy — it's how the work gets checked, by me or by anyone else.

I use AI where it earns its place: to move faster through boilerplate, to explore a dataset, to draft the first pass. The judgement on what to build and whether it's right stays mine, and the README says so.
