Problem
An IT office running several projects at once had no shared view of them. Status lived in each person's head and in whatever spreadsheet they kept, so the same question — what is blocked, and on whom — had to be asked out loud every week. A board with projects, epics, cards and a timeline answered it on one screen.
What it will be
A generic work board in the shape everyone already knows from Jira: projects at the top, epics inside them, cards on the epics, and a timeline that reads the same data sideways. What makes it worth writing up is not the board — it is what had to be cut to make one usable by people who do not live in a tracker. That write-up is still being done, so this stays a placeholder until there is a public repo behind it.
Status: Being documented and rebuilt with synthetic data for public release. Demo and code follow.
