Problem
The private Claude Code configuration behind this portfolio — rules, subagents, hooks — is full of client and session-specific detail that can't be published as-is. There was no clean, public version anyone else could actually read or reuse.
What it will be
A sanitised, public release of the orchestration kit: the routing rules, the specialised subagents and the hooks, with every log, session and client reference stripped out. Direct, checkable evidence for how the rest of this portfolio was actually built.
Status: Being documented and anonymised for public release. Demo and code follow.
