Git is the bus: one worktree and one branch per job; nodes never push, the PC fetches the branch, scans it with gitleaks and pushes it.

The bar counts unpushed commits, dirty files and whether the HANDOFF fell behind the tree; kit-update.sh only moves with git pull --ff-only.
